Mondoe is a father and husband first. Being extremely proud to have his own football team of a family and college crush wife Lisa. He is a speaker, author, coach, and a rare voice helping student, companies, and organizations world-wide. Serving in over 40 countries with his strategies, energy, and well communicated approach to WINNING! Coming from a professional sports background in the NFL, Mondoe has a gift in developing the leadership qualities within athletes and connecting on a life changing level. Serving the 10 children he has been gifted with and others in the public, private, and homeschool sector has been a great joy for him to see total transformations. Getting one to that place of awakening to what's within and making a decision to dominate with their gifts is true success to him. He is no stranger to high level empowerment, equipping top leaders, and using effective communication strategies that land. Mondoe has been titled to be amongst the top speakers in the world voted by Grant Cardone and his team at the 10x Great American Speak Off in 2023. Most rave about his warmth, humor, and transformational approach to calling out the leader within. Mondoe is passionate about helping people live life with purpose on purpose.

Leelee is a die hard adventurist, mother of 10 who you'll find encouraging all she meets to take life to the next level. She was a former soccer player and cross-country runner. A depth of knowledge comes from her expertise of over 35 years as a health professional. Years of serving communities as a women's health and public health RN, plant-based nutritional educator helping many overcome preventable diseases and live a thriving life. Leelee believes you truly have the power to choose LIFE in all you do. Her passion is helping women understand they inspire now despite the season they may be going through. Life is about knowing you are worth it, believing your value and taking the next step on your journey. You'll find her with a baby in her arms, reminding someone of their greatness, or exploring some beautiful terrain on a trek. Together with her husband she is committed to helping as many people as possible live life with purpose on purpose. She oversees the non-profit components, leads the female mentorship groups, and health education programs.
